The Outsourcing Manager will lead third-party risk management (TPRM) activities within Revolut's Risk and Compliance organization. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing risks, regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies across the organization's supplier and intra-group relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of third-party risk activities: onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing vendor monitoring, and performance management
- Designing and implementing end-to-end policies and operating models for third-party and supply chain risk management
- Overseeing internal governance processes for outsourcing approvals and ensuring Swiss regulatory compliance
- Providing guidance to staff on third-party risk management procedures and accountability
- Preparing regular reports to senior management on outsourcing status, risks, compliance metrics, and SLAs
- Managing vendor lifecycle activities and monitoring changes to existing agreements
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management, with demonstrated expertise in the Swiss market. Strong understanding of Swiss outsourcing and business resilience regulations in finance or other regulated environments is essential. You should have proven ability to develop service management frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and measure outsourcing party performance. A 2:1 bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, business administration, or economics is required.
Language requirements: Fluency in English (C2) and German (B2). Nice-to-have qualifications include risk management certifications, executive/board-level experience, industry stakeholder relationships, and financial services background.
