N26 is seeking an Outsourcing Associate to join the Central Outsourcing Management team, which serves as the Second Line of Defense function. This team is responsible for establishing guidelines and standards, training and education, monitoring and controlling, and reporting to management.
In this role, you will have direct responsibility for several key operational areas: following up on SLAs and KRI reporting across all business lines, supporting the maintenance of the Outsourcing Register, and gathering data for reporting purposes. You will monitor regular performance evaluations of departments based on defined KPIs and KRIs, conduct second-level controls and sample testing, and support the setup of contingency plans as well as exit and termination strategies.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and continuously updating training materials, extracting data from various sources, and creating data-driven reports to inform management decision-making.
You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience in sourcing, vendor risk, contract management, risk management, or outsourcing management is required. Strong analytical and conceptual skills are essential, along with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions. You must demonstrate strong communication abilities and be fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
