The Outreach & Enrollment Supervisor leads Habitat Health's Outreach and Enrollment team, driving participant growth through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and talent development. This role oversees end-to-end outreach, intake, and enrollment functions, ensuring prospective participants receive a seamless, participant-centered experience from initial engagement through enrollment. Key responsibilities include: - Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Outreach and Enrollment team by fostering accountability, professional growth, continuous learning, and a culture of belonging - Developing and executing outreach and enrollment strategies that drive participant growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and support organizational objectives - Monitoring team performance, operational metrics, and enrollment outcomes, using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement - Partnering closely with center leadership and cross-functional teams to remove operational barriers and leverage data-driven insights - Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements The role is ideal for a mission-driven leader with experience in team management, healthcare operations, or community engagement.
