Notion is seeking an Outcomes Growth Strategy and Programs Lead to design and scale programs that drive install-base growth globally. This is a high-impact strategy and operations role focused on helping customers achieve business objectives with Notion's collaborative AI workspace.
In your first 90 days, you will learn Notion's post-sales operating model and regional execution strategy, partner with RevOps, Data Science, Finance, Sales, Outcomes, and Services leaders to identify key drivers of retention and expansion, and develop a focused set of priority growth programs. You'll build program plans, success metrics, stakeholder maps, and operating cadences, then partner with regional teams to adapt global programs for local execution. You'll create documentation, field-facing materials, and executive updates to drive alignment and action, establishing a repeatable rhythm for progress review and continuous improvement.
Key achievements will include building a clear, shared view of expansion and adoption drivers across Notion's customer base; designing and scaling global programs supporting customer adoption, value realization, cross-sell, and upsell; turning local learnings into repeatable playbooks and operating cadences; creating measurement and reporting mechanisms; supporting customer growth motions connecting Sales, Services, and Partners; and codifying best practices into standard operating rhythms.
You should bring experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or post-sales GTM operations. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills are essential—you'll translate ambiguous business questions into clear frameworks and recommendations. Proven ability to design and manage cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, with strong stakeholder management across senior leaders and operating teams. Excellent written communication for strategy docs, program plans, executive updates, and field materials. Comfort operating in global organizations where programs need strong central strategy with room for regional adaptation. Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and bring structure to fast-moving, ambiguous work. Strong business judgment and curiosity about customer adoption, retention, and expansion drivers.
Nice-to-haves include familiarity with usage-based, consumption-based, or product-led growth models; experience building or scaling global programs across multiple regions or customer segments; and exposure to pricing, packaging, services, partners, or monetization initiatives.
Notion works from offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days) to enable collaborative thinking and building in person.
