Klaviyo, a publicly traded SaaS company, is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) Track Lead for Finance Engineering to lead the O2C application landscape and core financial workflows. This role reports to the Director of G&A Systems and is part of the Finance Technology Systems team within Global Technology Solutions.
You will own the O2C track by executing the roadmap for Klaviyo's O2C stack aligned to company priorities, translating business requirements into functional and technical design. Key responsibilities include integrating CPQ to NetSuite, ensuring enterprise capabilities are delivered at scale, evaluating the O2C systems landscape to set Klaviyo up for the future, and delivering with the highest code quality through rigorous testing and build processes.
You will own SOX compliance, controls, and audit readiness for finance systems by designing, implementing, and operating IT General Controls (ITGCs) and other key controls across O2C applications in partnership with Internal Audit, Security, and external auditors. You'll continually simplify and automate controls and evidence collection to make audits reliable and predictable with fewer deficiencies.
You will drive AI-native transformation across Finance by identifying and delivering high-value AI use cases across the O2C workflow. You'll partner directly with Klaviyo's AI and data platform teams to embed AI into core Finance processes with clear guardrails and measurable productivity gains.
You will design and optimize core Finance processes and systems by partnering with Controllership, Tax, and Treasury leaders to improve end-to-end O2C workflows. You'll ensure the ERP and other SaaS O2C applications are configured, integrated, and operated to support accurate, timely close, scalable revenue and billing, and high-quality financial data.
You will act as a strategic partner and communicator, serving as the primary technology partner for the Controller and Finance leadership team on systems, data, and process topics. You'll represent Finance Technology Systems in executive forums, planning cycles, and cross-functional initiatives.
The Finance Technology Systems team designs, operates, and continually improves applications and workflows that power how Klaviyo manages money, risk, and financial reporting at scale. The team partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, and Internal Audit, as well as adjacent technology teams like Corporate IT, Data, and GTM Systems. The team owns the roadmap, health, and governance of platforms including ERP and financial systems (NetSuite/Oracle), procure-to-pay (Coupa), revenue and billing systems, and related integrations and automation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in enterprise or business systems, with meaningful ownership of Finance technology at a tech or SaaS company
- 4+ years in O2C, responsible for order-to-cash
- Understanding of practical SOX ITGC experience and a clean track record working with Internal Audit and external auditors
- Solid understanding of enterprise-led growth, international expansion, and system features required to move upmarket
- Hands-on experience in ERP and Finance application architecture (NetSuite/Oracle, Avalara, Zuora, or similar), integration patterns, and how Finance data flows across a modern tech stack
- Ability to deliver business outcomes by partnering with strong engineering teams with AI build-first mentality
- Personal experience building or scaling AI and automation in Finance workflows (reconciliations, invoice processing, forecasting prep) with ability to speak to what worked and what didn't
