You will serve as a senior Order-to-Cash (OTC) subject-matter expert, influencing decisions across Revenue Systems, Revenue Accounting, Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Deal Desk. Key responsibilities include owning day-to-day Order Management and Billing Operations execution; leading the daily operating cadence with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and external delivery teams; building and owning the BPO enablement program including SOPs, playbooks, and training; establishing clear ownership, governance, and service levels across workflows; identifying and implementing process, system, and automation improvements to increase touchless processing; partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and maintain alignment; owning operational controls and segregation of duties; ensuring billing and usage completeness during month-end close; defining and monitoring operational performance metrics; owning the quarterly operating roadmap and capacity plan; proactively identifying systemic risks and recurring failure patterns; leading operational reviews with stakeholders; providing subject-matter leadership and coaching; and serving as the senior escalation point for Order Management and Billing issues. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of progressive Order-to-Cash, Order Management, and Billing Operations experience within SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology environments, plus 5+ years leading operational delivery across Global Shared Services or internal teams. Expert understanding of enterprise SaaS Order-to-Cash processes across subscription, usage-based, and hybrid monetization models is essential. Hands-on experience with CPQ, ERP, billing, and payment platforms (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Stripe, Metronome) is required. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority is critical. Working knowledge of ASC 606, month-end close, SOX controls, and audit-ready processes is expected. Strong data fluency with SQL or equivalent experience is a plus. The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office per week.
