Cloudflare is seeking an Oracle Procurement Lead to architect and execute the strategy for its global procurement technology ecosystem. This role bridges technical implementation and business requirements, leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud as the system of record with Zip as the orchestration layer.
Key responsibilities include:
**Solution Architecture & Strategy**: Define and maintain the long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless interoperability between Zip and Oracle Fusion. Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay (S2P) process from upstream sourcing/intake through downstream purchasing and payables.
**Platform Configuration & Integration**: Act as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Procurement, building complex intake workflows and configuring Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals. Own the functional health of system integrations, monitoring data flow for requisitions, purchase orders, supplier master data, and compliance screening to ensure accurate reflection across systems.
**Business Partnership & Governance**: Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting teams to translate high-level business policies into precise technical logic. Ensure the system of record remains audit-ready through data governance and compliance management, including mapping of category codes, cost centers, and tax attributes.
**Release & Lifecycle Management**: Manage quarterly Oracle update cycles with impact assessments. Oversee full lifecycle management within Oracle Fusion, including requisitioning, purchase orders, receipts, and invoice matching for accurate financial reporting and spend visibility.
**AI & Emerging Technology**: Lead adoption and functional governance of Oracle's embedded and custom AI agents (e.g., Procurement Policy Advisor), ensuring AI-driven automation is compliant, auditable, and drives process efficiency.
Required qualifications: 10+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Contracts); 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement; deep understanding of ERP Source-to-Pay lifecycle; strong technical architecture and integration design skills.
