Pico is a global financial services infrastructure company headquartered in New York, providing market data services and managed infrastructure solutions to the capital markets community. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Analyst to lead the implementation, development, and support of our global Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform.
This is a hands-on techno-functional role based in Hyderabad with hybrid flexibility (weekly office time with work-from-home options). You will work closely with Global HR and business teams across EMEA, USA, and APAC regions to support Oracle Cloud development, analysis, and user support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, analyzing business processes and recommending best practices
- Design and configure absence management, accrual formulas, eligibility profiles, carryover rules, and absence approvals
- Implement compensation plans, salary reviews, bonus and equity programs, compensation worksheets, and approval workflows
- Develop and maintain OTBI, BI Reports, and HCM data extracts
- Write fast formulas and manage HCM Data Loader configurations
- Customize Redwood pages and configure Oracle HCM Cloud pages
- Integrate systems using Oracle OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment
- Contribute to technical and process design stages, including scenario design and flow mapping
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of techno-functional experience with large, complex Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, underlying tables, and views
- Experience with Oracle integration technologies and data management
- Ability to translate product functionality to business processes and recommend implementation solutions
Travel may be required occasionally to support global operations across multiple time zones.
