This Operations Program Manager role is critical to driving expansion and operational excellence across the APAC and China regions. You will be a strategic and analytical professional who bridges global strategy with regional execution. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate on and track the development of go-to-market strategies for new features and products tailored to the APAC market, designing localized processes to enhance customer experience. - Utilize data analysis to identify operational opportunities and optimize funnels to meet customer expectations. - Monitor competitive landscapes and business trends in APAC digital markets, translating local nuances into global product requirements. - Work closely with go-to-market, product, and local operations teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively. - Evaluate potential payment industry partners, lead strategic discussions, and contribute to vendor deal negotiations. The ideal candidate combines top-tier strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis capabilities. You will serve as a critical link between Payoneer's global operations and regional stakeholders, requiring fluency in local business dynamics and regulatory environments. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics - Minimum 5+ years of work experience in payment, consulting, or e-commerce companies - Fluent in English and either Japanese or Vietnamese (both written and spoken) to effectively manage local stakeholders - Deep understanding of APAC local business and regulatory nuances - Professional experience leading cross-functional programs to improve customer experience through business tactical initiatives - Strong data analysis skills (preferred)
