Sereact develops AI and perception technology that enables robots to understand and interact with the real world in industrial settings like warehouses and factories. We're seeking an operationally-minded procurement specialist to strengthen the commercial foundation of our robotics solutions.
You will own our internal procurement processes and serve as an organizational backbone ensuring smooth daily operations. This Stuttgart-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structured processes, managing commercial workflows, and supporting a team working on cutting-edge robotics technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project and order management: oversee projects from initial purchase order through final delivery, managing the commercial aspects
- Procurement and materials management: support component sourcing and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Inventory management: monitor stock levels and ensure components arrive at the right place and time
- General administration: handle preliminary accounting, master data maintenance, and day-to-day operational tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/Industriekauffrau) or degree in business administration
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in a commercial or operational role
- Strong hands-on mentality; willing to tackle any task regardless of complexity when the team needs support
- Proficiency with MS Office; ERP system experience preferred
- Fluent German and English (business level)
- Motivation and learning agility valued over deep robotics industry knowledge
