The Operations Support - Remediation and Feedback role is a senior individual contributor position reporting to the Operations Support Manager.
You will serve as the primary operations point of contact for customer remediations and drive improvements from enterprise feedback. Key responsibilities include: leading customer remediations after issues occur; partnering cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to establish detailed remediation plans; analyzing impacted populations and coordinating communications; tracking and documenting remediation to closure with regular progress updates; holding issue owners accountable to deadlines; coordinating executive sign-off and capturing remediation evidence; and managing the Operations Feedback process to triage, research, and track enhancements.
You will be a holistic thinker who understands upstream and downstream impacts, collaborates effectively across functions, and maintains strong ownership with a customer-centered mindset. The role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, managing multiple simultaneous remediation efforts, and synthesizing complex information clearly.
Required qualifications: 10+ years in operations or risk management in consumer banking or fintech; experience analyzing operational feedback and identifying systemic improvements; experience managing structured intake processes, backlogs, or idea pipelines; Bachelor's degree; strong analytical and written communication skills; attention to detail and critical thinking; and a continuous improvement mindset.
