Stord is a rapidly growing commerce-enablement platform that powers seamless checkout through delivery for leading DTC and B2B brands. The company manages over $10 billion in annual commerce through its integrated fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, and software suite (OMS, WMS, Pre/Post-Purchase platforms). As an Operations Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving support issues (bugs and service requests) for the Stord Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related applications. You will track issues and resolve them within targeted SLAs, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance process performance and system reliability.
Key responsibilities include: managing system testing and user training; developing and maintaining documentation; troubleshooting issues and maintaining service-level commitments; working with APIs and integration mapping between client systems; analyzing business processes and identifying systemic solutions; assisting in developing solutions for internal business problems; reviewing requirements and specifications for proposed solutions; writing test scripts and assisting with user testing; training super users within the organization; and validating end-user documentation.
You will need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related technology field (strongly preferred), with 2+ years of experience supporting a WMS. Experience in logistics (warehousing, packaging, fulfillment), system support in a queue environment, and training others on WMS systems is strongly preferred. You must have strong process management, analysis, and problem-solving skills; the ability to write functional business requirements and test cases; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time. The role requires learning agility, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
