Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching over 300 million people monthly across 55+ countries. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences. You will join a new team of Strategic Event Operations Leads responsible for designing and executing Fever's most complex, high-impact events globally. This is not a standard execution role—you will own the full operational strategy from early-stage definition through final delivery, working on large-scale projects with new formats and novel operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch. Key responsibilities include: • End-to-End Ownership: Lead operational strategy for large-scale, high-complexity events from planning through execution, ensuring delivery meets partner expectations and internal standards. • Operational Strategy & Design (0→1): Translate partner needs into scalable operational models. Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed. Define how events should be run, not just how to execute them. • Problem Solving in Ambiguity: Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans. Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies. Make decisions with incomplete information. • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams. Align multiple stakeholders around clear execution plans. Serve as the main operational point of contact for key partners. • Execution Oversight: Ensure designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground. Support local teams in executing complex setups. Step in to unblock critical issues. Success means delivering complex events without relying on existing playbooks, designing and reusing new operational models, positioning Fever as a strategic operator (not just executor), reducing ambiguity through clear structure, and enabling projects to move forward with minimal supervision. You bring 2–4 years of experience in Strategy & Operations roles at high-growth companies, with proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and lead projects end-to-end. You are a structured problem solver who breaks complexity into clear actions, a builder who creates solutions where none exist, and someone who operates with high ownership and minimal guidance. You balance strategic thinking with execution capability and excel at stakeholder management and influencing without authority. Experience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops) is a plus.
