Octus is a global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics serving hedge funds, investment banks, management consulting firms, and law firms since 2013. As an Operations Specialist for Private Debt, you will support the daily operations of FinDox, Octus' document aggregation and compliance service. You'll be part of a global team focused on timely, accurate delivery of investment materials to customers.
Key responsibilities include maintaining, verifying, and updating data within the FinDox platform; establishing and continuously improving processes related to private debt deal workflows; collaborating with cross-functional teams to build efficiencies and communication lines; and analyzing private company data to identify key datapoints.
You should have strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude, with excellent attention to detail. Web savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new systems and technology is essential. Experience working in fast-paced environments or with time-sensitive activities is valued. You must be legally authorized to work in Romania.
