Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an Operations Program Manager to serve as a force multiplier for executive leadership in a rapidly growing automotive service company. This role is central to executing strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving operational accountability across the organization.
You will work directly with executive leadership and partner closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Technology, Marketing, and Corporate Development teams. Key responsibilities include leading company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution, developing project plans with clear timelines and ownership assignments, and maintaining visibility into major organizational priorities while proactively escalating risks.
In the Executive Operations domain, you'll prepare materials, reporting, and presentations for leadership and board meetings, coordinate follow-up and accountability across leadership teams, and manage action item tracking to ensure commitments are completed on schedule. You'll also own Weekly Business Review (WBR) management—preparing and distributing reports, consolidating operational performance metrics across stores, districts, and regions, and identifying performance trends and opportunities requiring leadership attention.
Operational performance monitoring is critical: you'll track key metrics across the organization, identify underperformance, partner with leaders on corrective action plans, and assist in developing scalable systems and processes as the company grows. You'll also support corporate development and growth initiatives, including acquisition diligence, integration, and store launch activities, coordinating cross-functional efforts for new store openings and operational transitions.
Process improvement is an ongoing focus—documenting, improving, and standardizing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and building systems that enhance communication, accountability, and execution.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or related experience; exceptional organizational and project management skills; strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple competing priorities; advanced spreadsheet and data analysis proficiency; strong attention to detail; and ability to work independently.
Preferred experience includes multi-unit operations, retail, automotive, hospitality, or franchising; supporting executive leadership teams; financial analysis and forecasting; M&A and integration exposure; and building operational reporting dashboards.
