Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 / annual
Kestra Medical is a medical device company founded in 2014 that combines wearable technologies with proven cardiac device therapies. The company has over 400 years of collective experience in external and internal cardiac markets and is focused on delivering innovative solutions that help patients and care teams monitor, manage, and protect life.
The Operations Program Manager will work closely with Operations management to develop functional objectives aligned with company goals and establish detailed work streams to accomplish these objectives. This role serves as a critical bridge between Operations leadership and subject matter experts across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing cross-functional work streams across all company functions to achieve operational objectives
- Leading Design Transfer activities for new and significantly modified products to suppliers
- Implementing fulfillment and distribution processes with suppliers
- Developing and managing reconditioning and reverse logistics processes at supplier facilities
- Overseeing quality, process improvement, and execution of medical device reconditioning
- Working with Operations management to identify and resolve constraints to objective achievement
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep expertise in quality systems best practices and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You should demonstrate strong collaborative skills, critical thinking ability, and the capacity to make sound decisions in compliance, quality, integrity, and ethics. The role requires flexibility in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional priorities.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) and 10+ years of Operations Engineering and Project Management experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master's in Operations Management, experience in Supply Chain Management in regulated environments, and PMP certification or equivalent.
The position is based in Kirkland, WA, with occasional travel (approximately 10%) required. Work environment is a typical office setting with extended hours when needed. This is a regulated medical device manufacturing role subject to FDA requirements.
