Scale is building the data infrastructure that powers reliable AI systems in the physical world. The Industrial Partnerships team is critical to scaling high-quality data collection through a global network of external partners. This role sits at the intersection of operations, business development, and cross-functional coordination, responsible for launching new partners and transforming the partner network into a world-class operational engine.
You will identify and engage prospective partner businesses, managing the process from initial contact through signed agreement. Once partners are onboarded, you'll coordinate day-to-day operations including performance tracking against data collection targets, ongoing support, and troubleshooting. You'll support hardware deployment on partner premises and communicate regularly with internal teams (product, strategy) and partner contacts to ensure alignment and success.
Key responsibilities include tracking partner performance metrics, identifying and implementing process improvements based on operational feedback, and serving as the primary operational liaison for the partner network. The role requires both on-site presence in Mexico City and regular visits to partner sites to manage operations effectively.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience in physical/on-site operations, logistics, business development, account management, or analytics. You should have hands-on experience in warehouses, factories, or logistics centers. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is expected. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this Mexico City-based role. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, combined with process improvement mindset, are critical. SQL proficiency and CRM system experience are nice-to-haves.
