Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating across 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. Secret Media Network, part of Fever, is a digital entertainment and media group with city-specific brands (Secret London, Secret NYC, Secret Barcelona, etc.) focused on recommending experiences and discovering great places.
You will join as Operations Process Improvement Manager, responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational workflows across Secret Media Network's global operations spanning North America, Europe, APAC, and Latin America.
Key responsibilities include:
**Process Design & Optimization:** Design and implement operational workflows; identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks; standardize ways of working across regions to ensure consistency and predictability in execution.
**AI Automation & Tooling:** Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems; collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions; leverage AI to improve productivity and execution speed.
**Operational Excellence:** Partner with stakeholders to ensure process adoption and correct implementation; document and maintain clear operational playbooks.
**Strategic Collaboration:** Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs; act as a bridge between strategy and execution; manage critical tools and procedures to align business needs with technological solutions.
**Performance & Metrics:** Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency (post-production time, output, quality); use data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact.
