Key responsibilities include:
• Create and maintain executable short- to mid-term production plans that balance demand, capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate production activities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Monitor production execution in real time, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence.
• Manage production order flow within ERP/MES systems from release through completion, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Prioritize and sequence production orders to optimize throughput, resource utilization, and on-time delivery performance.
• Assess and coordinate the implementation of engineering and design changes from a production perspective, ensuring alignment between ongoing operations, inventory, work-in-progress, and customer commitments.
• Evaluate the impact of change requests on schedules, manufacturing processes, material availability, and production readiness, and drive cross-functional resolution of resulting actions.
