Enpal is Germany's leading solar energy and decentralized energy solutions company, operating as a green unicorn. The company provides an integrated platform combining solar installations, battery storage, EV charging (Wallbox), smart meters, and heat pumps, powered by an AI-driven platform (Enpal. One) that intelligently networks thousands of systems and optimizes energy trading.
As Operations Manager, you will be the central orchestrator of the customer journey from contract signing through successful commissioning of heat pump installations. Your core responsibilities include:
• Customer Stewardship: Actively manage customer relationships throughout the installation lifecycle via phone and written communication. Schedule appointments, maintain regular contact, set expectations, and ensure customers feel fully supported at every stage.
• Project Coordination & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire installation process. Track timelines, dependencies, and action items to ensure each project site is completed cleanly, efficiently, and successfully.
• Cross-functional Interface: Serve as the central point of contact between customers, internal Enpal teams, and external partners. Facilitate clear communication, drive rapid problem resolution, and ensure smooth operations even when multiple stakeholders are involved.
• Quality & Accountability: Take genuine ownership of project outcomes. Success is measured not just by completed installations but by satisfied customers. Customer ratings are a key success metric both for you personally and for Enpal.
• Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Maintain structure, friendliness, and solution-oriented thinking even during hectic periods. View challenges as opportunities rather than obstacles.
Compensation includes an attractive base salary plus a monthly bonus tied to completed projects and positive customer reviews—achievable targets based on actual performance.
