Everlab is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the launch and build-out of its UK operations from the ground up. Reporting to the UK General Manager, you will own multiple critical workstreams: establishing and managing a network of diagnostic partners (labs, imaging centers, clinical facilities), developing B2B relationships with corporate clients, designing and executing customer success operations for market launch, and documenting processes into repeatable playbooks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner Operations: Onboard, manage performance, and maintain relationships with diagnostic and clinical partners across the UK network.
- B2B Commercial Support: Build and nurture corporate client relationships as the employer channel develops.
- Customer Success: Define success metrics, design the customer success process from scratch, and run it hands-on until a dedicated team is needed.
- Process Documentation: Translate operational learnings into documented, scalable playbooks and operating procedures.
- Launch Support: Contribute flexibly to whatever the market entry requires—this is a genuinely broad scope.
You will work in a fast-moving, high-ownership culture where every team member is expected to think in outcomes rather than activities. The company is AI-first; you'll be expected to leverage AI tools to work faster and deliver higher-quality output.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in operations or commercial roles at startups/scaleups, or consulting experience ready to transition to hands-on operations. You should demonstrate a track record of wearing multiple hats, taking ownership without being asked, building processes from ambiguous problems, and managing relationships across partners, customers, and clinicians. Health sector or regulated industry experience is a plus but not required.
