Coins is the most established crypto brand in the Philippines with over 18 million users. The company is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and holds both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses—the first crypto-based company in Asia to achieve this dual regulatory status.
You will support the Chief of Staff and Head of Global Sales in running sales operations across key markets. This role combines operational coordination, performance analysis, AI-enabled reporting, and cross-functional follow-up to help sales teams operate efficiently and improve results.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor sales associate performance, transactions, pipeline activity, and operational bottlenecks
- Build and maintain accurate dashboards and recurring performance reports
- Analyze sales trends and identify reasons for underperformance or process gaps
- Track adoption and effectiveness of internal sales tools, including AI-enabled tools
- Partner with the Sales AI team on data quality, handoffs, reporting needs, and tool improvements
- Coordinate sales trainings, meetings, follow-ups, and operational communications
- Manage sales-related follow-ups with Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders
- Maintain organized records, action trackers, and status updates across initiatives
- Support broader commercial and strategic projects led by the Chief of Staff

Requirements:
- Experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business operations, analytics, or similar role
- Strong spreadsheet, dashboarding, and analytical ability; comfortable working with performance metrics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- Comfortable coordinating across distributed teams and multiple functions
- Interest in AI-enabled workflows and willingness to use AI tools for automation and insight generation
- Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, e-commerce, or high-growth technology is a plus
