Sierra is building an AI platform to help businesses create better, more human customer experiences. The company was founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Facebook CTO, Google Maps co-creator) and Clay Bavor (18-year Google veteran who led Google Labs, AR/VR, and Google Workspace). Sierra is headquartered in San Francisco with growing offices across Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney. As Operations Manager for Product & Engineering, you will own the operating cadence and processes that keep the product and engineering organizations aligned and executing at velocity. Your responsibilities include designing and running planning cycles, roadmap workflows, sprint planning, and initiative tracking. You'll create and maintain operational artifacts—roadmaps, planning docs, capacity trackers, dashboards, and retrospectives—that keep teams informed and aligned. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, Sales, and Operations, driving clarity on timelines and accountability. You'll partner with product, engineering, and marketing leaders to build scalable frameworks for goal-setting (OKRs), prioritization, and execution. You'll analyze operational data and team feedback to identify friction points and implement systems that improve execution and outcomes. A key focus will be building Sierra's internationalization operations playbook to support scaling across multiple regions with quality and intention. You bring 6-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management at high-growth, product-led companies. You have a proven track record building and scaling operational processes from scratch. You are highly organized and methodical, bringing rigor and structure to ambiguous situations. You communicate clearly and persuasively across all stakeholder levels. You're comfortable with tools like Linear, Figma, and Google Drive, and have strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets proficiency; SQL or dashboard experience is a plus. Ideal candidates have startup or scaling product org experience, familiarity with OKR frameworks and roadmap tools, a background in product management or consulting/strategy with operational exposure, and experience with vendor management and localization efforts.
