Salary: PLN 14,200 - 20,000 / monthly
Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager to lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles, design and deploy standardized processes, and leverage data analytics to identify efficiency opportunities and enhance scalability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to identify inefficiencies and streamline processes across the organization
- Developing and implementing standardized processes and automated solutions to support global growth
- Analyzing existing workflows to identify improvement areas, implement changes, and ensure scalability
- Using data analytics to drive informed decision-making and business performance improvements
You bring 5+ years of work experience in engineering or operations, with demonstrated success in leading continuous improvement initiatives in structured, KPI-focused environments. You possess hyper-logical thinking, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to break complex problems into achievable tasks. A strong understanding of scalable process design, automation technologies, and standardization is essential. You approach challenges with data-driven methodology to identify root causes and measure performance.
Ideal candidates hold at least a 2:1 degree from a top university, preferably in a STEM subject. Nice-to-have qualifications include SQL/Python/R proficiency, experience in manufacturing/retail/logistics/consulting, Lean Six Sigma certification, value stream mapping expertise, and familiarity with RPA tools.
