The Operations Manager (Finance) role is a key position focused on managing financial processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing control frameworks at scale. You will lead initiatives to build dashboards for monitoring financial performance and key metrics, directly supporting Revolut's mission to deliver visibility and control to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and implementation of financial performance dashboards and KPI monitoring systems
- Driving automation efforts to streamline finance processes and improve operational efficiency
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing best practices across finance functions
- Reducing integration time for new initiatives into the finance ecosystem
- Collaborating with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and compliance with audit standards and regulations
- Facilitating information exchange and data analysis to support audit requirements
- Working with Product Designers and Software Engineers to improve the accounting platform UI and usability
- Building new finance tools in partnership with Software Engineers
You will need a bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, or economics from a top university (minimum 2:1 grade), fluency in English and Spanish, and 3+ years of project/change management experience in a Big 4 or similar fast-paced financial services environment. Strong data analytics, process improvement, and SQL proficiency are essential. You should have a proven track record of delivering quantifiable business outcomes, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to manage large, high-volume transaction datasets.
Nice-to-have qualifications include Chartered Accountant status (ACA or equivalent), IFRS experience in regulated environments, expertise in system development lifecycle management, programme management certifications (Prince II, Lean Six Sigma), and Python familiarity.
