Salary: PLN 18,000 - 20,000 / monthly
Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager for Finance to lead process optimization and efficiency initiatives across the company's financial operations. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations, driving transformation at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and implementation of financial performance dashboards and KPI monitoring systems
- Driving automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline finance workflows and reduce manual effort
- Collaborating with external auditors to enhance audit processes, ensure compliance with standards, and facilitate data analysis
- Working with Product Designers and Software Engineers to improve the accounting platform's usability and functionality
- Building new finance tools in partnership with the Tech team
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing best practices across finance functions
- Reducing integration time for new initiatives into the finance ecosystem
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, or Economics from a top university (minimum 2:1 grade)
- 3+ years of project/change management experience in Big 4 or similar fast-paced financial services environment, with focus on data analytics, assurance, or process improvement
- Proficiency with SQL and large, high-volume transaction datasets
- Proven track record of delivering quantifiable business outcomes
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work across manual processing and complex analytics
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with IFRS experience in regulated environments
- Experience designing finance optimization initiatives and target operating models
- System development lifecycle expertise (requirements to go-live)
- Programme management certifications (Prince II, Lean Six Sigma)
- Python proficiency
This is a remote role available in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, and Spain. Compensation varies by location: Poland PLN 18,000–20,000 gross monthly; Lithuania €4,100–4,500 gross monthly; other locations discussed during interviews.
