Revolut is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead process optimization and efficiency initiatives across the finance function. In this role, you will own the design and implementation of financial dashboards and KPI monitoring systems, drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen finance control frameworks. You'll collaborate with external auditors to streamline audit processes, work with product designers and engineers to improve Revolut's in-house accounting platform, and build new finance tools by gathering requirements from the finance team and partnering with software engineers. Core responsibilities include overseeing month-end close management, variance analysis tools, and core finance systems (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements), while identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing best practices.
You'll need a bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, or economics (minimum 2:1 grade) and 3+ years of project/change management experience in a Big 4 or similar fast-paced financial services environment, with focus on data analytics, assurance, or process improvement. Proficiency with large, high-volume transaction datasets and SQL is required. A proven track record of delivering quantifiable business outcomes, strong organizational and project management skills, and a willingness to work across manual processing and complex analytics are essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include Chartered Accountant status (ACA or equivalent) with IFRS experience in regulated environments, experience designing finance optimization initiatives and target operating models, familiarity with system development lifecycles, programme management certifications (Prince II, Lean Six Sigma), and Python proficiency.
