Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager for Finance to lead initiatives that drive efficiency and enhance control frameworks across the company's financial operations. The role focuses on building dashboards for financial performance monitoring, automating finance processes, and improving operational efficiency at scale. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing financial dashboards to track key metrics, driving automation to streamline finance processes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities across finance functions. You'll collaborate with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes, maintain compliance with audit standards and regulations, and facilitate information exchange to support audit requirements. Additionally, you'll work with Product Designers and Software Engineers to enhance the accounting platform's usability and functionality, and build new finance tools in partnership with engineering teams. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of project and change management experience in Big 4 or similar fast-paced financial services environments, with a focus on data analytics, assurance, or process improvement. You'll need fluency in English and Spanish, a bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, or economics from a top university (minimum 2:1 grade), and proficiency in handling large transaction datasets with working knowledge of SQL. Strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of delivering quantifiable business outcomes are essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include Chartered Accountant credentials (ACA or equivalent) with IFRS experience in regulated environments, expertise in finance optimization and target operating model design, system development lifecycle management experience, programme management certifications (Prince II, Lean Six Sigma), and Python familiarity.
