This is a people leadership role with a strong commercial lens—you'll safeguard delivery quality for major enterprise partners while building a high-performance culture where coaches are empowered to drive outstanding outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: managing and developing a team of 5+ coaches; creating a psychologically safe, inclusive team environment aligned with Multiverse values; setting clear expectations and communicating the vision behind strategic initiatives; establishing team goals aligned with broader Delivery objectives; driving engagement through feedback, recognition, and development; promoting continuous improvement and problem-solving; conducting regular performance assessments and goal-setting; supporting recruiting, onboarding, and reskilling; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on client, learner, and coach experience initiatives; and leveraging AI tools to enhance team productivity.
