Salary: PLN 14,200 - 20,000 / monthly

In this role, you will work on high-impact card payment projects across Revolut's global operations. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing market expansion processes to launch card products in new regions, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance core payments infrastructure, and leading product excellence initiatives to improve the end-to-end card lifecycle customer experience.
Key responsibilities include managing critical vendor relationships across the card lifecycle, identifying and executing improvements to optimize unit economics, and solving complex operational challenges at scale. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving, precision, and creativity are essential to unlocking efficiency and powering global growth.
The role offers flexibility with office locations in Barcelona, Dubai, Krakow, Lisbon, Madrid, Mexico City, Mumbai, and São Paulo, plus remote options in Brazil, Gurgaon, India, Mexico, Poland, Porto, Portugal, and Spain.
