Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager for its Brokerage team to oversee critical controls across the trade lifecycle and regulatory obligations as the company scales its wealth and trading products globally. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering, managing high-impact operational processes that serve 75+ million customers. Key responsibilities include owning business-as-usual controls for trading operations domains such as best execution, settlements, securities lending, regulatory reporting, and tax operations. You will investigate and resolve exceptions—mismatches, missing flows, reporting breaks, settlement failures, and collateral issues—by conducting root-cause analysis and coordinating fixes across teams. The role requires running daily reconciliations and monitoring critical routines including reporting checks, settlement status tracking, lending and collateral verification, and execution-quality outlier detection. You will partner with external counterparties including custodians, brokers, lending agents, and vendors to resolve operational issues and drive improvements. A significant portion of the role involves tracking key performance indicators and quality metrics such as break volumes, aged exceptions, settlement rates, fail costs, reporting timeliness and accuracy, and execution-quality metrics, then proposing data-driven improvements. The Operations Manager will support new product launches and vendor changes, implement new regulatory requirements, and help build scalable operating playbooks. A core focus is identifying repetitive and manual work, writing clear automation requirements, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to automate workflows and reduce operational friction. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in markets operations, securities operations, brokerage operations, post-trade, regulatory operations, or tax operations from a bank, broker-dealer, market infrastructure provider, or fintech. You should have a solid understanding of operational controls, exception management, and working to SLAs in high-volume environments. Strong analytical skills, experience with data tools to interpret findings and spot anomalies, and impeccable attention to detail are essential. Excellent stakeholder management across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering, combined with an ownership mindset to structure ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end solutions, will set you apart.
