Blank Street is a fast-growing food and beverage brand on a mission to become the defining brand of its generation. As an Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is growing people—hiring, coaching, and developing a team of General Managers to become confident leaders who build engaged, high-performing teams across stores.
You will own three core areas:
**People & Leadership:** Build and coach a high-performing team of General Managers, creating an engaging culture where people feel supported and challenged. You'll recruit and hire exceptional leaders in partnership with the People Team, coach managers through performance and development issues with fairness and care, ensure consistent training experiences across cafés, and lead labor planning and scheduling strategies across your district.
**Operations & Customer Experience:** Champion exceptional hospitality and hold teams to Blank Street's standards for service, quality, and execution. You'll spend time in stores coaching teams and leading by example, maintain operational excellence and food safety standards, and partner with HQ teams to implement new initiatives and operational improvements.
**Business Performance:** Own the financial performance of your district, including sales, labor, and profitability. You'll use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships within local communities to grow brand awareness and customer loyalty.
You'll lead through change with clarity, urgency, and empathy in a fast-paced, growing business, collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, and help develop the next generation of Blank Street leaders.
