Revolut is a fintech super app serving 75+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is rapidly expanding and seeking an Operations Manager to drive banking expansion and operational excellence.
In this role, you will identify and develop key banking products, features, operations, licenses, and growth opportunities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance teams, as well as global stakeholders, to analyze and define local banking strategy. You will create business cases based on requirement definitions and drive execution plans to support the company's hyper-growth ambitions.
Key responsibilities include managing project prioritization and supporting license applications, defining playbooks and processes for rapid scaling, and managing relationships with critical vendors and strategic partners. This is a high-impact role focused on solving complex problems at scale and unlocking efficiency across the business.
You bring 5+ years of banking experience with deep knowledge of banking products and services. You have experience drafting internal regulations and circulars related to deposit or currency exchange operations, and familiarity with local banking systems and transaction management. You excel at breaking down complex problems into manageable components, enjoy working with data, and possess inherent curiosity about making significant impact. Fluency in English is required.
Nice-to-have qualifications include proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) and experience with corporate strategy and planning involving overseas offices. Revolut values diversity and encourages applications from candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences.
