Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager to lead banking operations expansion in Greece and support global growth. This role sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, and business development for a fintech super-app serving 75+ million customers.
You will act as a key stakeholder for Greece operations, building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's rapid expansion. Responsibilities include overseeing first-line-of-defence branch operations, governance, and regulatory interactions; providing oversight of outsourced functions; executing scale operations across cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing); monitoring country-specific risk incidents and conduct issues; identifying product, operational, and growth opportunities; managing critical vendor relationships and performance tracking; developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms; creating management information systems for growth metrics and risk monitoring; and coordinating regulatory inspections.
You will need 3+ years of consulting experience in fast-paced environments or 4+ years of product launch experience in financial services or tech. Fluency in English and Greek is required. A 2:1 STEM degree from a top university is expected. You should have technological proficiency, experience managing risk and compliance operations, a track record of owning complex projects, and familiarity with large-scale rollouts. Product and/or project management expertise is essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience setting up operations or branches in Greece, sales background, SQL or Python coding skills, and occasional availability to visit the Athens office.
