As Operations Manager (Banking), you'll join Revolut's Operations team—a group that tackles the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. You'll work on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to shape how Revolut continues to expand and operate globally.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and optimize scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth
- Lead and execute core infrastructure projects end-to-end
- Prioritize projects strategically and set timelines to reach goals quickly
- Identify and define new features that enhance customer experience
- Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance tracking systems
- Build strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms
- Use data and insight to solve operational challenges and scale processes
You'll need at least 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of owning and leading complex projects. Payments operations experience is essential. You should be comfortable breaking down complex problems, working with data, and communicating clearly in English. A degree from a top university (70%+ grade) is required.
