Salary: PLN 18,000 - 26,600 / monthly
Revolut is a global financial super app serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is rapidly expanding and seeking an Operations Manager to drive banking operations and strategy across new markets.
In this role, you will be at the center of Revolut's international expansion, working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance teams to shape local banking strategy and execution. You'll analyze market requirements, build business cases, and drive execution plans that support hyper-growth. Key responsibilities include managing project prioritization, supporting banking license applications, defining scalable processes and playbooks, and cultivating relationships with critical vendors and strategic partners.
You'll tackle complex, multi-stakeholder challenges with precision and creativity, breaking down problems into actionable components and leveraging data-driven insights. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, global environments and wants to shape the future of fintech operations.
Required: 5+ years of banking experience, deep knowledge of banking products and services, strong project management and ownership track record, fluency in English and Polish. Preferred: experience with KYC, AML, or customer onboarding processes. You should be analytical, curious, and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
