Revolut is a global financial super app serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking an Operations Manager based in Tokyo to support and scale operations across the Asia-Pacific region, particularly Singapore.
In this role, you will be at the center of Revolut's operational excellence and growth strategy. You'll own high-impact initiatives that solve complex business challenges, design scalable processes, and drive efficiency across the organization. Working closely with the local operations team and London headquarters, you'll develop detailed playbooks, define project priorities, and execute strategic initiatives that directly impact customer experience and company growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's rapid expansion in Singapore and the broader region
- Collaborating with local and global teams to devise operational playbooks and integrate new products
- Identifying and prioritizing high-impact projects, setting clear strategies and timelines for execution
- Exploring and implementing new features to enhance the customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and developing performance tracking systems
- Building strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
You'll need 3+ years of experience in consulting, startup scaling, business expansion, or similar fast-paced environments. A degree in STEM or a highly quantitative field is required. You should have a proven track record of owning complex projects end-to-end, breaking down intricate problems into actionable components, and leveraging data to drive decisions. A background in financial services or fintech is a plus, as is SQL proficiency.
