The Operations Manager will lead strategic operations within Quince's Returns Warehouse, managing a team of Area Managers and their direct reports. This is a people-leadership role central to the company's reverse logistics success. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading, mentoring, and developing Area Managers and their teams to drive strong leadership, employee engagement, and consistent execution of warehouse returns processes
• Overseeing daily returns warehouse operations, ensuring targets are met for processing speed, inventory accuracy, and customer resolution time
• Maintaining and promoting a safety-first culture with OSHA compliance and adherence to internal safety protocols
• Monitoring performance metrics and conducting regular operational reviews to identify and resolve productivity and quality gaps
• Collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control teams on labor planning, policy implementation, and performance optimization
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to improve turnaround times, reduce cost per unit, and eliminate waste
• Partnering with the Site Leader and senior leadership to align team execution with broader organizational strategy
The ideal candidate will have warehouse operations experience, proven people-management skills, and a track record of implementing operational improvements in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
