CloudKitchens is transforming the food delivery industry by converting underutilized properties into smart kitchen facilities that enable restaurateurs to succeed in online food delivery. The company operates a marketplace model connecting restaurants, customers, and neighborhoods while creating local jobs and providing affordable, high-quality food options. As Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end facility operations in São Paulo, managing a high-performing hourly team responsible for order fulfillment and facility execution. Your core responsibilities include building and continuously improving order fulfillment processes with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. You'll recruit, train, and develop frontline teams while maintaining strict adherence to standard operating procedures covering facility operations, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Financial management is central to this role: you'll own facility P&L, manage budgets, control expenses, conduct financial performance reviews, and identify cost efficiency opportunities. You'll support customer success through smooth onboarding, resolve on-site issues, partner with third-party logistics providers, and coordinate with sales to address staffing needs. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential—you'll shape product roadmaps, resolve escalations, and maintain strong customer feedback loops. Compliance and regulatory oversight are critical: you'll ensure adherence to country-specific standards, permits, and licenses, including building and food safety regulations. You'll oversee all necessary licensing requirements to ensure uninterrupted facility operations. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of experience leading operations with end-to-end ownership, preferably in multi-site or large-format operations. You demonstrate strong operational discipline and execution, with proven experience leading frontline teams and developing managers and supervisors. You're comfortable spending significant time in the field, visiting sites and working directly with teams. You have solid financial management experience and strong customer-facing skills, including handling escalations and building long-term relationships. Experience with process improvement and operational KPIs is expected.
