Namaa builds and operates tech-enabled urban infrastructure for fast, reliable access to meals, groceries, and everyday essentials across the Middle East. The company operates specialized business units including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties to power next-generation digital food and quick commerce ecosystems.
As Operations Manager, you will oversee smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in Saudi Arabia. You will manage facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive training, resolve operational issues, and ensure readiness for high-volume periods while maintaining seamless execution and strong customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee processing center operations across all shifts
- Lead training and meeting sessions for processing staff
- Manage facility maintenance coordination with the Property Manager
- Address facility, technology, and space issues with licensees
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to prepare licensees for major orders, launches, and business spikes
- Troubleshoot processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues
- Manage inventory and ordering; conduct audits of storage and common areas
- Review daily inventories and replenish stock as needed
- Monitor and report KPI metrics to facility management and processing teams; contribute to goal setting and planning
- Coach new and existing shift leads
- Support staffing needs, including filling in during call-outs
- Review financials and support P&L understanding, working with numbers to understand their operational impact
- Perform general facility maintenance duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing teams across multiple shifts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic and English essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of food safety requirements
- Background in financials and P&L metrics
The role is based in Riyadh and requires onsite presence five days a week.
