The company's Lattice OS is an AI-powered operating system that converts thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control centers.
The Operations & Logistics Associate will be a critical member of the rapidly growing Atlanta team, ensuring hardware delivery to customers and supporting field deployments for mission-critical operations. The Logistics team provides white-glove service, developing and executing Anduril's strategy to deliver hardware and software to customers in logistically challenging environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with supply chain operations partners, business leaders, and external stakeholders to execute the shipment lifecycle successfully
- Driving the complete shipment lifecycle for all demos, deployments, and exercises
- Managing end-to-end delivery of vehicles and equipment for demos, deployments, and exercises
- Handling reverse logistics for all Anduril hardware
- Providing white-glove service delivery of Anduril hardware to destination
- Owning domestic shipping of Anduril hardware
- Proactively identifying, proposing, and fixing logistical processes
- Providing feedback to hardware operations on customer needs to inform continuous improvement
This role requires a breadth of logistics understanding, seamless cross-team collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new subject matters. You will help solve exceptional challenges, unblock issues, and establish procedures to ensure customer missions are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-energy, fast-paced startup or logistics environment
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally toward common goals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, and planning
- Basic proficiency in Excel
- Highly polished communication skills
- US Person status required (position requires access to export-controlled data)
