Salary: USD 86,000 - 114,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations & Logistics Associate to join the Deployments team in Orange County (Costa Mesa, Irvine, or Santa Ana). This role is critical to ensuring Anduril's defense hardware and systems reach customers and support their missions in logistically complex environments.
You will own end-to-end deployment planning and delivery of Anduril hardware for customer deployments, maintenance activities, and demonstrations. Key responsibilities include managing forward-deployed inventory across active customer contracts, coordinating with supply chain and warehouse partners to execute successful shipment lifecycles, and providing white-glove service for domestic and international hardware shipping. You'll work within enterprise systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA) to mirror physical deployments and reverse logistics, while collaborating seamlessly across product, engineering, sales, and account management teams.
The role requires proactively identifying and solving logistical process risks, staying organized across multiple interconnected systems, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs to drive continuous improvement. You'll operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work in ambiguous situations are essential.
Required: 2+ years in a startup or logistics environment, proficiency with multiple enterprise systems, basic Excel skills, and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. Preferred: Bachelor's degree, leadership experience, strong communication skills, and demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
