Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations Deployment Engineer to join the Mission Operations (MOPs) team supporting the Radar division. This role bridges customer needs and engineering capabilities, serving as a project manager and on-site/remote systems owner for U.S. military, DHS, and allied defense customers.
You will manage the execution and success of customer accounts by deploying and supporting Anduril's radar and integrated sensor capabilities across multiple distributed locations. Key responsibilities include monitoring radar system performance, connectivity, and integration with mesh networks and other sensors (EO/IR, RF) and command-and-control systems. You'll gather and triage user feedback on detection performance, tracking accuracy, and classification capabilities from fielding, testing, exercises, and operational use.
You'll provide input to account and engineering teams on radar features, detection algorithms, and UI/UX improvements that enhance operator workflows. You'll also support engagement with military units, commands, and organizations to expand deployment and installation of radar systems across military installations, critical infrastructure sites, and forward operating locations. You'll contribute to building streamlined user feedback systems, including issue tracking, operator training, and exercise preparation.
Depending on focus area, the role includes either a Software & Analysis track or an Integration & Field track. The Software & Analysis focus involves building and maintaining remote monitoring tooling, developing software integrations between radar systems and C2 platforms, analyzing detection and tracking data to identify trends, and building self-service diagnostics and automation. The Integration & Field focus emphasizes on-site deployment, hands-on system integration, and field troubleshooting.
You'll work directly with customers to understand their problem sets and shape Anduril's offerings to fit mission needs. This role requires navigating organizational hurdles and taking ownership of customer and mission success.
