Zeitview is an intelligent aerial imaging company serving the renewable energy and critical infrastructure sectors across 70+ countries. As Operations Coordinator for the Wind Vertical, you will be the operational backbone ensuring wind inspection projects run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
You will plan and coordinate wind operations with focus on professionalism and efficiency, ensuring pilots and customers have excellent experiences. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training new pilots through the online training program, preparing all logistics before pilots arrive on site, and troubleshooting issues in real-time to maintain quality standards.
You'll support pilots with site access planning and project coordination, maintain understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations per company SOPs, and stay current on wind industry trends. You'll collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain high standards, juggle multiple concurrent projects while tracking pilot field activities, and generate daily reports using spreadsheets and project management software.
The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Coda, and Asana. Familiarity with the wind industry, equipment, and access requirements is valued. You must communicate effectively in English (Turkish a plus) with customers, pilots, and internal teams, and be comfortable working independently and collaboratively. This is a 100% remote position based in Europe, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to directly impact the global renewable energy transition.
