Zeitview is an intelligent aerial imaging company serving the renewable energy and critical infrastructure sectors across 70+ countries. As Operations Coordinator for the Wind Vertical, you will be the operational backbone ensuring wind inspection projects run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
You will plan and coordinate wind operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency, ensuring pilots and customers have excellent experiences. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training new drone pilots through the online training program, preparing all logistics before pilots arrive on site, and troubleshooting issues in real-time to maintain quality standards.
You'll support pilots with site access planning, airspace coordination, and day-to-day field challenges while maintaining knowledge of drone capabilities and regulatory requirements. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain daily reporting and tracking using spreadsheets and project management software (Google Suite, Asana, Coda), and occasionally collaborate with the Quality Control team to uphold Zeitview's standards.
The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You should be comfortable with Google Suite, Slack, Coda, and Asana. Familiarity with the wind industry, equipment, and access requirements is valued. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential; Turkish is a plus. You'll maintain a pulse on industry trends and support the broader mission of accelerating the global transition to renewable energy through advanced inspection solutions.
