Salary: USD 50,000 - 64,000 / annual
Zeitview is an intelligent aerial imaging company serving high-value infrastructure sectors including solar, wind, insurance, construction, real estate, and critical infrastructure across 70+ countries. As Operations Coordinator for the Utilities vertical, you will manage project coordination and execution of field operations in North America, working with a fully remote team.
You will conduct pre-, during, and post-mission planning and execution, coordinating with customers and senior field operations specialists to understand logistics and scheduling constraints. Your responsibilities include project managing multiple simultaneous field projects, solving real-time issues, and ensuring delivery of high-quality data collection services. You'll work with field leads to manage data collection operations, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain proactive communication with customers.
You must understand drone capabilities, airspace regulations, and Zeitview's standard operating procedures. You'll troubleshoot customer concerns related to scope, software, reporting, billing, and field operations, providing ad-hoc support to field specialists and customers. You'll maintain visibility into the project pipeline for your assigned vertical, identify process gaps, and report findings to your Operations Manager.
The role requires proficiency with scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite, and Slack. You'll work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating effectively across a remote workforce. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure are essential.
Qualifications: 1-3 years in operations, logistics, project coordination, or similar client-facing role. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple moving parts accurately. Interested in technology and the drone space; drone/UAV experience is a plus. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and accountability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.
