Salary: USD 50,000 - 64,000 / annual
Zeitview is an intelligent aerial imaging company serving high-value infrastructure sectors including solar, wind, insurance, construction, real estate, and critical infrastructure across 70+ countries. As an Operations Coordinator for the Utilities vertical, you will manage project coordination and execution of field operations predominantly in North America.
Key responsibilities include: conducting pre-, during, and post-mission planning and execution; coordinating with customers and senior field operations specialists to manage logistics and scheduling; project managing simultaneous field operations for data collection; escalating and solving issues in real-time; ensuring delivery of high-quality deliverables across scope, software, reporting, billing, and field concerns; providing ad-hoc support to field teams and customers; maintaining understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations; troubleshooting projects with internal teams including Account Management and QAQC; monitoring pipeline visibility for your assigned vertical; and identifying process gaps to report to your Operations Manager.
You will work with a fully remote team and need proficiency in scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite, and Slack. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, and calm problem-solving under pressure. Experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination in fast-paced, client-facing environments is preferred. Drone experience and UAV knowledge are a plus. You should be self-directed, accountable, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a liaison between clients and field teams.
