Salary: USD 86,000 - 114,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations Coordinator for Test Sites to manage end-to-end test coordination across multiple programs and test ranges. This role is central to Anduril's mission of bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, and advanced defense technology to the military.
You will own the complete test coordination lifecycle, working with internal stakeholders (hardware product managers, program managers, test engineers, EH&S, facilities operations) and external partners (test range project managers, airspace coordinators, frequency coordinators, site directors, military groups). Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and manage an intake process for test event requirements
- Schedule and coordinate test events ranging from short daily exercises to large multi-week training exercises involving multiple support and engineering teams
- Maintain and communicate a comprehensive schedule of test events across Anduril's internal and external test ranges
- Support the internal test range website with intake processes, range capabilities, safety protocols, personnel policies, and operations manuals
- Assist the T&E Manager with test evaluation, approval processes, documentation, communication, analysis, process management, and resource allocation
- Maintain relationships with internal and external test range partners to expand Anduril's testing reach and capabilities
- Travel 25-50% between internal test ranges (California, Texas, Oregon) and external partners (Arizona, New Mexico, Florida)
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments, and can adapt quickly as priorities shift. You should have experience with cUAS, UAS, or autonomous flight test programs; project management in technical fields; and proficiency with Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office. A BS degree or high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience is required. DoD or DoE test range coordination experience is preferred.
