Serve Robotics is building autonomous sidewalk robots for urban last-mile delivery. The company operates a growing fleet across Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, and Chicago, partnering with merchants and local businesses to move deliveries off congested streets. As Operations Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of Serve's delivery network. Evening and weekend shifts are required to support deployments and testing. You must be comfortable working in various weather conditions, comply with strict safety protocols (PPE, cell phone rules, high-visibility dress codes), and be prepared to operate company vehicles or e-bikes. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service - Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Ability to remain calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Valid U.S. driver's license and comfort driving mid-size utility vehicles - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays **Preferred:** - Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup - Schedule creation, resource planning, or forecasting experience - Direct customer-facing or field/service-based experience - Data analysis and reporting skills using Google Workspace - Passion for efficiency, innovation, and robotics
