You will work at the intersection of operational execution, process understanding, and automation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing and monitoring operational processes (logistics, card deliveries, chargebacks), mapping existing manual workflows to identify automation opportunities, and using AI tools and automation platforms to reduce manual work and drive efficiency. You'll analyze operational data to propose improvements, collaborate cross-functionally with Security/Compliance, Product, and Customer Happiness teams to solve operational problems end-to-end, and maintain organized process documentation in tools like Notion.
This is a hands-on role where you'll start by understanding manual processes deeply before automating them. You'll leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and automation platforms (N8N, Google Apps Script) as core parts of your workflow, not just supplementary tools.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must haves:
- 2–3 years of market experience in process analysis, operations, or backoffice roles
- Bachelor's degree (any field; analytical ability is what matters)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrable critical reasoning
- Heavy, practical day-to-day use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to improve processes—not basic usage, but real application to solve operational problems
- Genuine curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to do manual work before automating it
- Problem-solving orientation with ability to connect different areas and processes
Nice to haves:
- Background in Industrial/Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Prior experience with Mastercard systems
- Familiarity with Google Suite/Workspace, Notion, N8N, or Google Apps Script
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
